When you use the question randomization function within a block, the page break function is over ruled (and you can only set a specific number of questions per image). I'm wondering if there's a JS code that can overrun this, and allow page breaks?

No, there isn't any way to override page breaks with JS. The reason is that JS only runs on the local browser (i.e., it only works on the current web page). Pages are controlled by the Qualtrics server.
