Color Coding a Simple Bar?

Hi all, quick question. As you can likely piece together from the title, I'm looking to see if there's a way for me to color code my bars based on where they fit within a range. Looking like out of the box it's not possible, but if anyone had any suggestions, workarounds or the like I'd be glad to hear them. Thank you!
