Creating two drop down menus to capture age in years and months

Hi everyone,
I am looking to include a question where participants respond to two drop down menus on the same question to answer age in years and months.

For example; selecting from 12 , 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 in the years and 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 in months.

You can use a side-by-side question where the first column is years and the second column is months.
