Hello, I want to create a study on qualtrics. Participants have some income that they have made before and they spend with this income. I want to prevent extra spending by using Validation. But it does not work.

Participants receive some income from previous stages. They spend it by choosing among the spending options given to them. I want to prevent spending more than the income they have. For example, if a participant has 1700 ECU, they should not be able to buy an asset worth 2000 ECU.
