I tried changing the question color by using the HTML (color="..."). It changed to color on my pc but not on my colleague's pc. Any idea why?

Different preview on different pc
you can check the " View Draft Version" from top right Tools drop down we get in preview link. Sometimes the drop down is set on published version and it doesn't show up in the preview.
