I'd like to be able to put the current time into a ticket in Qualtrics, not the time when a survey was taken, or when a ticket was generated, but the actual time right now.
My situation is that I have centralized operations in one place, but they work 24/7 and support worldwide business. So when I have a ticket generated, it could be from anywhere in the world. What I'd like to do is for the agent who first opens the ticket and does their research, to be able to select what time zone the person is in, then it shows their local time. That way we're not trying to contact them in the middle of the night, and the agents don't have to keep converting time zones in their head. And when anyone opens a ticket, it should just refresh and show what the current time is.
