I am using a six-item Likert scale for a total number of 16 questions. When I used the “repeat headers-all” function, I noticed that the header was not shown for the last question. (See attached) Is there anyway to display the header for the last question?

Hello @SpongeEvan,Please verify if the ‘Profile’ Variation is enabled. This feature allows you to label each scale point within the matrix table separately, so each row can have its own scale points. To enable Profile Variation, select the Likert Matrix table and change the format to Profile. Then, publish your survey and verify.
