Display slider questions based on heat map output in page | XM Community

Dear Qualtrics Community,
I am trying to create something in my survey that allows me to follow-up with slider questions on the output of a HeatMap on the same page.
Here is a simplified example:
A respondent clicks (multiple) areas on an image.
image.pngFor each area that is clicked, I want to open a slider question to generate additional quantitative input about it.

Unfortunately, "display logic" as well as "carry forward" on a heat map does not work "in page".. But in my case, it's essential, that the respondent still sees his/her clicked areas.
I would be very happy for any help (note: I have no programming/JavaScript skills but would also try to edit shared code if there's an option to achieve this by custom code).
Thank you! 🙏

Was there ever a response to this? I'm very interested as well.

Hi bmiller,
unfortunately not. I ended up with a workaround:
Creating images / files with every possible iteration of klicks/answers and using a display logic that shows the selected field only if it was clicked on a new page, combined with a slider. It works, but is not ideal and setting up the logic can be very time-consuming based on the amount of iterations of clicks you might have.
