I am looking to write basic testing scripts for testing the programming of a survey. I was hoping not to start from scratch and that someone else already has something they are willing to share.

I'm not aware of anyone that does what you are suggesting. We generally test surveys two ways. First, we manually step through the survey to check wording, logic, flow, etc. We follow that by generating test data and checking the data.
