Hi,
I have a survey where I collect details of the person in charge. After collecting the details, I use a separate page/question to pipe text of the relevant responses and display in a table form to the respondent. Is it possible for the respondent to get a link to download only this page/question. The download response summary is not useful as it shows other questions which are not required.
Or is it possible to change the response summary page download to only show a particular question?

If sharing the summary by email is acceptable, you could also create an Action with an Email Task, and output just the results of the questions you want to share.
Customizing the report doesn't appear to be possible.
You could either, create a question on the last page of the survey and pipe in all the answers from above and ask you participants to print that page. Or, get something like this made.
