Email Actions Formatting
+11Hello, I use Qualtrics like an application system. A final summary email is sent to the applicant once the process has finished. In the email action I have a text box area where some instructions are given from a text question in the survey/application. The problem is that any formatting like spaces, paragraphs, bullet points, etc. will not show up correctly formatted in that email. It just all runs together in one big paragraph. Any suggestions or javascript that could fix this?

+11Are you sending an email using a trigger? If so, I'd suggest HTML.
+11I am using an action instead of a trigger, but I guess the same concept. I do use some custom HTML as far as table formatting, but I do not know enough to know what to use in HTML to fix that issue? Do you know what coding to use? Thanks.
