I want to set up the survey so following on from a question users can navigate around & interact with a webpage without having to leave the survey. I’ve tried following a suggestion commented on a similar question but nothing’s worked so far. Thanks in advance!

have you tried using iframes.
I could embedded websites easily using that. Though I have only used them for static websites hosted on google sites. I'm not sure about the others
