Hello,
I am trying to embed an existing form that a partner of ours has on their website to allow those who take the survey to enter their information for our partner to contact them.
Since they already have this form on their website, we are not wanting to create another form but instead put theirs into our survey so clients can answer the surveys questions (one being the form) and enter their information that will be sent to our partner directly through their site. All this while remaining in the survey.
I can get the form to embed into a question, and even where it actually submits to their website when I enter my information and hit submit. The only problem is, their webpage naturally loads a "Thank you for entering your information..." page with the same URL when someone hits submit, so when I hit submit within the survey, my information was submitted but it took me out of the survey into another tab to pull up the thank you page.
Our goal is to keep clients in the survey at all times.

Hi cdykes, I don't think there's any way to prevent the remote form from redirecting you to a thankyou page on form submit. Whilst I appreciate that you do not wish to create another form, have you considered replicating the questions from the remote form in your Qualtrics survey and simply posting the data to the form on your partner's website via a Web Service element in Survey Flow? That would allow you to send them the data whilst keeping the survey respondent within the survey at all times.
Cheers,
Cameron
