Enter a date won't allow Java Script?

Hello,
I have used JS found on here for several surveys to have a calendar to select a date. My colleague just built a new survey that we want to use a calendar for and every time I go to copy and paste the same JS, I get the following error message that it is not allowed, despite every setting looking the same as the original survey.

I tried searching the community for other alternatives and found many people referring to using the Library, but when I attempt to do that I get the below error message that the 'Question could not be inserted'
image.pngAny suggestions on how I can insert a calendar for picking the date? I don't know Java Script.

Don't add the JavaScript to the question text. Instead to the left of the question under Question Behavior click JavaScript add add it there.
