+8If you don't have a particular design in mind you can do something similar by going to "look and feel" - "Layout" - "Classic" (see image below). If you want the spacing/color etc, then it will require its own external code that can be uploaded to the CSS boxes in the style section of "look and feel".
Note you can still change a lot of things without coding, such as background color and button color. So it does not have to be the plain white as displayed in my image.
