When formatting a matrix question in Qualtrics, is there a way to use JavaScript to format the text boxes to appear in this way below:

Try to use side by side setup and then apply CSS and JS on the same.

Thank you ArunDubey! Do you recommend a JS code that I might use to help format the question using the side-by-side question feature in Qualtrics? Also, how might I use CSS?
