I am trying to have a series of questions (dealt with with loop and merge) in which I ask participants to listen to a short sound file and then pick among three choices which word they have heard. There is a "play" button on the screen that participants can play only once to hear the sound, then that button is disabled. And below that, three answer choices (buttons).
I would like the answers to appear only after the sound file has been played (or at least after the play button have been clicked). Anybody has an idea on how to do that? I guess it requires custom code...

I solved my problem. If anyone is ever interested, here is what I did.
I separated the sound playing and the answer buttons in two different questions
The first question is just a "play" button.
I added this code in the "Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnReady" section, so that the "next" button would be hidden for that question and automatically clicked when the sound has been played to the end.

The next question is just "What word did you hear ?" with the three answer buttons.
