I've added the HTML Question Text? for hover test and it is working on the edit survey page, but when I preview the survey or link to the published survey the hover text is not appearing.
Anyone have ideas?

+28Hi there, if you still need, this sounds like you might be missing the permission "Allow all HTML Markup". If you are not on a trial account, try reaching out to your Brand Administrator to see about enabling the permission.
- "Allow All HTML Markup: User can add custom HTML to survey text. When disabled, any custom HTML markup will not be displayed when taking the survey, despite displaying in the survey editor. This will include any formatting performed with the rich content editor as it uses HTML markup for its formatting.
