How can I center question responses (including the tick boxes) in the middle of the page?

Hi all. Hoping someone can help... i can center the text for questions and responses on the page, but this means the tick box is still on the left side, far away from the text (see image below). How can I move the button closer to the text? The survey is for people with visual impairments so it's important to center things in the middle.

Try these CSS settings:

Either add them to the question HTML or to CSS under look and feel.
