When distributing survey links via WhatsApp, etc., the link preview image that shows up on the recipient's device is the Qualtrics XM logo. I know you can change the text that previews the link to something more relevant under Survey Options General Display Name & Survey Description, but is there a way to change the image that shows up with the link preview?

How can I change the preview image for a survey link?
Hello Alexa, the image is called Open Graph Image. It can be updated in the theme. Please see point 26 on this page.

+1I can’t find those settings on that help page. I want the preview image to show (right now its just the preview TEXT which is simple to edit). How can an image be added? Or even company logo.
