How can I delete the open end question text repeating in a report?

Screen Shot 2020-12-10 at 4.06.13 PM.pngThis is going to be a public (shared) report and I don't what "If you could ask your global peers..." in there twice. Is there a way to delete that text from the gray box where the responses will eventually show up?

I've never come across a way to remove or hide the second occurrence of the question text.
I don't know if it's feasible for this specific report, but you might consider using Advanced reports to post your public report. That report type will not have the same redundant text in a table like this, and the report will live longer since Qualtrics is supposed to retire the Basic reports feature sometime in 2021.
