Is there any way to add code to this Side by Side ques where if the respondent selects a certain choice in the first column (hammer for example) then it only unlocks the dropdown box for hammer and not the rest of the choices?

How do I add custom code for this Side by Side question?
+7I'm not great at custom code but I am good at workarounds and I would probably just do a multiple choice question for column 1 and then display logic dropdowns for the options in column 2.
