I want to add an mp4 file to a question that a respondent can download to their phone (they'll need to watch it offline later). I don't want the video to autoplay as soon as they click on the link, which is what happens when I upload the file at the moment in the normal way:

If you are using a file from the library, then you can add &download=1 to trigger a download instead of play.
