How do I create a question that looks like an excel template?

Hello everyone, I am looking to create a form that acts in a similar way to an excel workbook. This picture shows an example of something i am trying to create ! Even if i just have 4 boxes with titles next to each other. I was looking at the constant sum box, but i need more rows than just one. I would think an accounting form would be a pretty commonly used question, but i have googled everything i can think of and can't find a way to build this! Thank you in advance!

@TeachMeQualtrics : I don't know of any way to set up a worksheet-type question that will "act" like an Excel spreadsheet, but if you'll be satisfied with a question that "looks" like a spreadsheet, you could try a Matrix Table - Constant Sum question. !
