Hi,
I'm making in survey in which I'm trying to measure different rating scales. I want to compare 3 versions of a scale:
One version where the response buttons should be replaced with emoji's, and without labels on the side. I'm able to do make this version by using horizontal multiple choice questions.
One version where the response buttons should be emoji's but it should be accompanied by text labels as in the second picture.
One version where the response buttons should be 1-7 instead of radio buttons. Is there anyone who knows how to do this?
Thanks!

Janniekevelt I can get you part of the way there, but not completely.
The smiley face question can be accomplished using a "Graphic Slider" question type.
This question type doesn't show all of the faces like you have in your example, but the faces do change as the user moves the slider.
Regarding the second type, I don't know how to get text to appear alongside the faces.
For your last type, you'll use a multiple choice question set up using the options I have in the screenshot.
