I’m totally new to Qualtrics and I’m wondering what the best way to go about this is. We have a survey where we ask the same block of questions for every day of the week. After answering questions for the first day of the week, it proceeds to the second day of the week and askes the respondent if their answers are the same as a different day. If they answer yes and select the day, we want to copy over the answers from the day they completed. I understand we can apply some JS to these surveys, but I don’t know where to start. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
I would suggest reading the support pages on workflow, authenticator and directory contacts.
Then you could do something like this:
- Have an authenticator at the start of each survey to pull data from the directory
- Use this to pre-populate the responses
- Have a workflow at the end of the survey to upload the new responses to the directory contact
