How to create sets on Qualtrics

Hello everyone,

Hope you are all doing fine. I had a question as to whether I could create two sets of data where one set would cointain 4 seperate phrases and the second would contain 5 separate phrases. I would like to randomly choose one phrase from each of the two sets and have it display it as a piped text in the answer choices of a particular question.

I just started using Qualtrics last week, but my assumption is that this can be done via the survey flow?

Create two embedded data at the start of survey (Sentence1, Sentence2) and then the survey flow should be similar to below:
