How to populate the 2nd question base on the first question

how to populate the 2nd question base on the answer on the first question.
below is my question

for example if option 2 and option 4 (specify) is selected and provided a text in the textbox and selected the "Same with group 2". in second question all choices is displayed but option 2 and option 4 (specify) is checked and the textbox is populated base on the first question. they are not on the same page and if they select "Same with Group 2" the 2nd question will not be displayed.
