How to randomize the number of questions shown within one block?

Hi all,
I am struggling with following thing:
At one point in my survey, I tell participants that they will receive 1 to 10 questions next, and that the likelihood of receiving 1, 2, (...), 9 or 10 questions is 10 % (= 1/10) each.
I first came up with the following implementation in Qualtrics: I created 10 blocks (let's call them A to J), each consisting of the same 10 questions*. Next, I included a randomization in the survey flow to only show one (randomly selected) of the 10 blocks. Finally, within each block, I include a randomization and tell Qualtrics to only show a random subset of 1 (Block A), 2 (Block B), (...), 9 (Block I) or 10 (Block J) questions if this block is shown. This gives me what I want, but it looks very messy (Please note: I am aware that instead of putting in 10 questions in each block, I could also just have Block A consist of 1, Block B consist of 2, [...], Block I consist of 9, and Block J consist of 10 questions, and then just randomize which of the blocks is shown, but this still leaves me with 10 different blocks).
My question is: Is there a way to tell Qualtrics "randomly insert 1 to 10 questions from this block", so that I can get the randomization I want without having to have 10 separate blocks? In the Advanced Randomization -> Random Subset option, I can only enter a single value (e.g., 6), but not a range of values like 1 to 10.
