How to set up the results of a pairwise comparison of 9 skills

Hi everyone,
I want to do a survey in which someone compares pairs of 9 skills (36 combinations).
and I want that my results display a ranking with the strongest skills of the participant based on his evaluation.
Would something like this be possible? and how could I do it?

    I think you need a Matrix Table question - the "Matrix Type" would be either Bipolar or Rank Order as you prefer.
