I am facing this issue with my survey can anyone help? Instead of the next arrow button I am getting

Hi shreyashah ,
Ideally this should not happen unless you have a custom JS/HTML code applied.
If this is occurring only on a single page

  1. then the custom JS in one of the question might be causing this - In this case copy the JS from question in a notepad file and then clear the JS code from the survey question.

  2. Custom HTML in a question on that page - In this case,firstly copy the contents of question and then click on remove formatting button in survey editor

If this is occurring for all pages then in the look and feel section general. Under header or footer there might be some custom HTML / JS. remove it and see if the survey works fine without this
