Integrate survey with Twitter app

Hi everyone. I would like to link a Qualtrics survey with a Twitter application but I don't know where to start. In particular, at the end of the survey participants would be asked to give authorization/login using their Twitter credentials, and then the app would perform an action for them (e.g., post a Tweet for them). Any idea of how to do this, what documentation should I read? Thanks!
