Is it possible to export data about a file uploaded as media in a question?

Hello,
I am new to Qualtrics and I have to implement an interview where participants listen to sounds and produce some ratings about what they heard.
I uploaded the audio files in a library and then, in every question, I added through "rich content editor>insert media" every audio file.
However, when I visualize the output of the data there is no information about the file (filename.format or the file path) inserted in each question. Would it be possible to manipulate the output such as there will be a new field for each question containing the stimulus name (or the path)?
