Is there a way to have Two Statement Columns in a Side-by-Side?

So, for example:

In the picture below, I want "Group" and "Sub-Group" to be two statement columns, whilst the others are response columns. I can't see an option that isn't limited to the defaulted one statement column, but would really find it useful to have this option if possible. I don't want to resort to the 'Add Groups' options if the below is possible :)
