Is there a way to prevent the text box from getting larger when you click on it to type in it?

This is a problem I'm encountering specifically with the mobile version of the survey. When I click on the box to type on it it gets larger and then I have to manually zoom out before going to the next question. Is there custom code that can help me fix this problem?
