I know there is a drop down menu to choose the survey language. However, it's difficult to see and there's no text indicator.
Is there a way to add a text to make it more prominent. or perhaps to just make it an individual question. Thanks!

KatrinaB You can add your own explanatory text next to the language selector box. Check out this link with solutions from TomG and MohammedAli_Rajapkar. You can put the following code in the header (choose source/HTML view) under Look & Feel to adda an inline note next to the language selector box. Change the text between the span tags as needed.
