I have a video embedded into a question using the following html:
When I preview the question, the video loads and appears properly on the mobile version, but not on the desktop version. On the desktop version it just remains a gray block with a play button in the bottom left corner, but nothing to play.
Any advice or explanations for what's happening here would be much appreciated!
Hi there, any chance you could post a QSF file of your survey so it might be investigated? Also, are you using a Qualtrics trial account? If you are, you might be missing some permissions to allow for the proper playing of media. From the Insert Media support page:
"Warning: Inserting media requires the Allow All HTML Markup account permission to be enabled on an account. The Allow JavaScript account permission must be enabled for proper video playback. If you have a free survey account, these permissions cannot be enabled without upgrading your account. If you are a user on a paid license and have questions about your account permissions, contact your Brand Administrator."
