Hello,
I have some items with audio tracks. It works great on desktop, but on a mobile device, it doesn't show any information regarding track duration (it just has 00:00) and does not play anything. I'm not sure how to fix this since it's only happening on mobile. I'm not having it autoplay and providing instructions that responders click the play button.

Try reuploading it as it should not be an issue make sure the audio format is supported by your cell phone.
If possible, try including it in files library and pulling the link from there and pasting the URL within rich content editor.
