Would it possible to create the same look and feel for the survey using NPS or any alternative scale.
12 points including 0 and NA
Extremely Satisfied ( 10 and 9)
Satisfied ( 8 and 7 )
Dissatisfied ( 6 and 5 )
Very Dissatisfied ( 4, 3 and 2)
Extremely Satisfied ( 1 and 0)
