I am a beginer. Please help me! How is it possible to define a different item number in Pick Group and Rank format for each groups?
I would like to define how many item they should place in one group, but this number is not the same for the 9 group. This is the core of the methodology.

+1MBesenyei : I had the exact same problem. I wanted 3 different groups, but the maximum number of items allowable in each group needed to be different. E.g. group 1 = 12 items, group 2 = 14 items, group 3 = 12 items, etc.
Based on several discussions with the Qualtrics support team, I can confirm that this just isn't possible. You can set a min or max number in each group, but not different numbers for each group. The only way to achieve this in a similar setting was using a matrix question with validation rules. But, you lose some of the functionality that you get with pick, group, rank.
