I have a ranking question and they have to rate different persons from 0 to 100. I have a ranking question and they have to rate different persons (15) from 0 to 100. In the next 3 questions i would like to ask the 3 highest values. Is it complicated to create this function?

So you have a rating question an you can enter values from 0 to 100 (i.e., 90 for family, 80 for friends, 66 for children...). So you have 15 people to rate. And after that there a 3 questions (i.e. piped text question with highest value (familiy), question with the second highest value (friends)...). Do you think there is another way to create these questions?

Looks like you are using a constant sum without a total. The issue with the approach you are taking is that the same rating can be assigned to multiple people. Actually, all 15 could get the same rating.
As for sorting them into order, it can be done with some custom JavaScript but breaking of ties between the top 3 would have to be random or alphabetical.
