The progress bar no longer updates when contacts are imported into the product. The user is also taken back to the screen which says 'xxx is looking a bit empty.. This is VERY confusing to the user and refreshing doesn't always update the values immediately. This used to work properly.

I agree that it is confusing, especially for newer users. I would suggest submitting this as a Product Idea to get attention from the Qualtrics team.
