Ranking with Don't Know

I have a requirement to rank top 3 with “Don’t Know” exclusive. Currently, I am using page display logic to achieve this, but I am looking for a JavaScript code that can make the "Don't Know" option exclusive. Can anyone provide suggestions? Attaching SS for reference. Any inputs will be appreciated.

If you are interested, I have a function for a different type of ranking question called bubbleBurst. It supports an exclusive choice.

Thanks @TomG It is awesome, I would love to use this in my future projects. But for this study we have decided to move with any one of the above setup.
