Redirect survey takers who click a link to the original destination page if they need to login?

I have a link in my survey that opens a new window when clicked on. If people are SSO logged into our system and click on the link, it takes them to the destination page without problem. If they are not logged in, after they login the link will just take them to a more generic landing page. Is there anything I can do in HTML or perhaps another way that would allow me to ensure they still land on the correct page after logging in?

You can't do anything in Qualtrics. This needs to be handled at the website's end.
