Hi all - we would like to have customers upload a file, and then would like to rename that file based on the answer to another question on the survey - does anyone have a sense if that is possible using custom code?
If so, how might we think about doing that?

Unfortunately, I can't offer a solution. I have been searching for a way to do this same thing, as well.
