Sending Surveys to Local Time Zones

Hi everyone. I am currently working on a survey that I would like for it to be sent out daily to users at a specific time (i.e. 8 am) at their local time zone. I want to avoid using many workflows and multiple directories to do this as a large population size will be handled for this specific survey.
I cannot find a solution to this and I am not well-verse in JavaScript so any help is appreciated.

    Easiest way would be to create separate timezone based automations and then run them daily.
    I am highly doubtful that qualtrics would be able to pick users timezone to send out surveys even via JS also not available OOTB. It needs some information like users country or preferred timezone to convert the date time. If you want to go custom I would recommend using moment.js to manipulate times.
