Shifting the slider position so that it is on the right side beside the respective statement

Hi Experts!
I am stuck with a slider question problem in my survey. I am looking for a solution where I want my sliders to be placed on the right hand side besides my respective statements which are on the left. Currently the sliders are below each statement. I want to change this view for the slider questions. Any form of help is appreciated.
