Hi, I have several questions within the survey with multi-select checkbox-type questions. For each checkbox choice, a text box to write further details. Each question has about 7-8 checkbox choices to select. Does anyone have a javascript to display a text box for multi-select checkboxes? And hide the text box if the choice is de-selected. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there, I found a thread that I think will be helpful to you. In that, JavaScript is provided for doing what you are describing with Multiselect questions.
