Side by side: How can I use pipe text from one column to the other?

Hi,
I have two images that I want to show and ask participant which one is Mr A and which one is Mr B.
I use a Side by Side question to show the two pictures in two different columns.
And I want participant to select the name for one (Mr A or Mr B) and for the other image in the other column, I want to display automatically the second name (so if they chose Mr A for the first image, display "Mr B" automatically).
I'm guessing I have to use pipe text but I can't access this option.
