Hi all, I am trying to add labels or questions for each row. Similar to the example below.
Any suggestion on how I can do something like that? I already looked at Matrix table where it looks like something below, but I would want the question on the side along with the number scale.
Any suggestion is greatly appreciated!!

I would use a Likert matrix with 2 labels (Unacceptable/Acceptable) and repeat headers all, then use JS to add the "Strategies" text to the headers for each row.

If you use a Likert Matrix you don't need to create a new column, it is already there. The numbered statements are the matrix statements.

Yes, you can add a checkboxes but Qualtrics won't recognize them and save the answers. So, if you need to save the answers you would need to save them as embedded data fields or have a hidden question on the same page to save them to.
